If you want sure defeat,
     Just keep on eating meat.

     Even food cooked in lard
     Makes the mind very hard. 

     Karmic Law is supreme
     In this world---Cosmic Dream.

      "As ;you sow, you must reap." 
     If you kill, death is deep. 

     Meat, fish, eggs...liquor, too,
     Are a trap made for you. 

     Deadly trap, deadly trick. 
     End result!   Sick. Sick. Sick.

     Give them up, you will see,
     Better off you will be. 

     Otherwise you must pay
     Karmic debts every day. 

     Simple life is the best. 
     Then the mind comes to rest. 

     Mind will clear day by day. 
     Purer thoughts come to stay. 

     With these thoughts peace and bliss. 
     If it's true, you can't miss. 

     Virtue is own reward. 
     Happiness, peace, concord!
