Traditional Stories of Ancient China These stories are taken from HUA-WEN-CH'U-CHIEH (First Steps in Chinese) which was first published by the California College in China Foundation in 1941. They form a part of a text used by the Asiatic Studies Department of USC and appear with the permission of the Special Collections Division of Clarement Colleges of California.
